Q: Do I have to use my own car to transport clients?
A: No. RydeAide chaperones never transport clients in their personal vehicles. You will meet the client at their location and travel with them in their arranged transportation.Q: Will I be performing medical tasks?
A: No. Your role is non-medical chaperone and advocacy. You will not administer medication, perform wound care, or provide skilled nursing.Q: How do I get paid and choose my hours?
A: You are in full control. You view available appointment "gigs" in the RydeAide app and claim the ones that fit your schedule. Payments are processed digitally after the report is submitted.Q: What are the requirements to join the pilot program?
A: We require an active CNA (or equivalent) certification, a clean background check, a passion for patient advocacy, and your own reliable transportation to get to the starting location.
